I have left this store, in spite of the good prices. Some of the staff, especially at the front desk, have repeatedly been rude and dismissive.

I had actually Switched to Superstore from Walmart as my main grocery store due to the low prices and availability of specialty foods.
I’m sad to say that things have steadily gone downhill in about 6 months time. I have always had pleasant interactions from the helpful staff, so there is where the stars have been earned.
The prices are now on average more expensive than Walmart for no difference in quality.
What’s worse is that spoiled food is being sold to customers - I just bought 2 cartons of Lactancia lactose free creamer dated for July 12, and had to dump both due to being disgustingly curdled.
I will now make my best efforts not to shop here at all, unless there is something I can only purchase from Superstore.
The greed is evident and I don’t have the extra money to throw away or time to waste like this, so goodbye Superstore.

Store is great, staff not so much, waited in the bathroom for 15 minutes to use the stall and when the person comes out after being on their phone enjoying their time it turns out it was an employee by the name of Andrew who was sitting in there doing nothing, awful experience very upset

Presidents choice appliances (coffee makers especially) defective and cheap. The PC brand for hard goods has failed.
Food costs are about 30% more and their points program is junky nonsense that makes every visit to the till last longer, interrupts your self check out. Also the doors being James up with crates and bins is just infuriating when it's busy.
Don't bother, the Co-op is just a few blocks south on hwy 17 and it's cheaper, local and has a superior points program.

I had the greatest experience at this store. The employee that helped me was Chantal. She was very helpful, and she has great customer service with a smile. I will definitely be coming back here!!!! :)
