Going to this store for a while I always get a smoke and snack from this shop . Unfortunately last week I went to store there is new girl pretty I asked her smoke she refused to give it me and asked me for ID.when I explained her I am tow truck driver and show her 24ft truck loaded & Again I explained to her I am 35 coming every next day mostly employed know me specially the night guy ,she refused which I totally understand but as customer I have a right to called the on duty supervisor on manager she totally refused and trying to tell Candian law ,you are international students you teaching Canadian the law seriously, she refused to call the manager and walk away ! When I told her I will definitely complain about you to head office, she laughed at me and told do whatever you can ! She had terrible English this kind of people not putting a bad image but destroying the other image of hard working international students. This is tourist place management should hire professionals and respect the local . She definitely doesn’t deserve to be here, I will soon send email to Hr waiting the management of this store to contact me . I took this matter personally I can do whatever it takes to make sure she gets fired .

Was buying chips at Old Banff Coach Hill branch. The Ruffles chips had promo sign at the rack which says $3 off if you buy 2. So I got 2 packs. But when I got to the cashier, they didn't honor the promo coz they said it starts December 4. But it's only November 10! Staff called the supervisor and was told the manager displayed the signs and she couldn't do anything. Told her they should remove the signs so other customers won't be deceived. Didn't want to remove the signs coz the manager placed them there.🙄😡😡😡😡😡😡

Garbage everywhere, parking lot is absolutely filthy. Notified the attendant and was told ‘we’re doing our best’. Well your best isn’t good enough. Canmore’s clean and green idea is definately not present at this business. This is our go to gas station because of location….not anymore.

Their chicken wings are so old and dry that I am not very happy with them and their bathrooms are not very clean. The store has a wide variety of packed items as well as juice and soda if you require any other items
