This place is amazing - 5+ star experience. Visiting Canmore for a week - was able to sign up and pay for a weekly pass on their website and enter the facility using my phone. Visited every single day - never too busy. Very clean and excellent equipment. Note that you cannot use outdoor shoes in the facility - keep that in mind. They also have free WiFi and phone chargers available - nice touch for visitors.

Just a little under 5*. Everything about the gym is pretty awesome, the quality of equipment, everyone is friendly, and the bathrooms/ showers are great. I’m gonna be critical and say the reason I’m not giving 5* is because the day passes are pretty rough (25$), and one may argue the gym needs more equipment. But I am being very critical and it’s still one of the best gyms I’ve been to in a long time. And for hardcore gym goers it’s the best gym in Canmore for sure.

Very clean, ample machines and free weights, convenient check-in, affordable temporary memberships.

Great gym for propper gym goers.
Top of the line equipment, very well maintained.
Clean & tidy.
People are friendly. Open till late, has free WiFi, phone charging stations showers and all other amenities.

This is the best gym in town! Sandra is such a wonderful human! She got my confidence up to start getting back to the gym after so long. I did a few sessions and will be doing the full package in the future. Everyone is so kind and all around it has a really great atmosphere.

Phenomenal gym. Did a drop in. Every piece of equipment and handle I used was like brand new. Rogue has incredible quality. Forgot a piece of clothing in the gym. Text Chad and he answered and let me in within minutes. If I’m ever in the area again won’t think twice about coming here!

I worked out here while traveling with family and absolutely loved the atmosphere. The owner and staff are fabulous and the facility has anything you will need and is extremely clean!

This place is incredible ! It has all the equipment you wish your home gym had . It’s incredibly clean and well laid out . It’s pretty ! It makes me feel like I feel when my kitchen is clean :)) enjoy this amazing place !

Tons of space, great variety of equipment and really nice people. I dropped in for a workout today and the facility has grown since my last visit. Everything feels brand new, and I really appreciated the numerous racks!
