“I had an issue with an old RBC closed loan that was showing as deferred on my credit file and was affecting my mortgage refinance. I called their customer service lines and was passed around multiple departments with nobody knowing how to help as I had no other product with RBC for 6 years. I then called the branch in Canmore and Ashley answered and immediately took ownership of the matter. Within 2 weeks I had the matter resolved and a letter of proof that my loan was paid off. So 1 star for RBC but 5 stars for Ashley. Thank you Ashley.”
