“I dropped my bike off at Pedego Canmore for a tune-up and brake pad replacement. They were very busy when I arrived, but I spoke with the bike mechanic and left my name and number with Alex at the front desk. Since the shop was so busy, I sent an email afterward to clarify exactly what I had dropped off and the service I was requesting. Alex replied promptly, which I really appreciated. The very next day, I received a call letting me know my bike was ready for pickup. After taking it out for its first ride, I could definitely tell it needed the tune-up and new brake pads. The bike rides great now! A big thank you to the bike mechanic for the excellent work and to Alex for the friendly, responsive customer service. Great experience overall!”
