called 5 times in 2 months for an appointment to change RSP. Not 1 call back. decided to go to the branch to make an appointment, and was told it would be 3 weeks before I could talk to someone. what the $#@#!#.

After repeated disappointments from TD over the year we decided to switch over to BMO. So far they have been absolutely excellent in their customer service. Scott L. made the transition seamless for us. We are very happy we made the switch!

Just had the greatest experience with Blair at the canmore branch. Came in with a generic idea of what I wanted to do and Blair was incredibly helpful. He was very patient and explained everything I needed to know in thorough detail in a way that I could understand. Now not only I have a better understanding I also have a better plan.Unfortunately 5 stars just doesn't seem to be enough BMO if you see this get this man a raise. He goes above and beyond.

Staff at the branch are great. BMO itself, not so great these days:Record profits for banks ("embarrassment of riches" is the term the media's been using), beatdown covid economy for the rest of us, and they've chosen now as the time to raise fees! This is so insulting that I've started working on switching my accounts, mortgage, and credit cards to the local credit union. Everyone I point this out to seems keen to do the same. I see CBC has picked up on this, I hope it encourages the big banks to stop being so heartless.
