these people go above and beyond to help someone in need! everyone is so kind and knowledgeable. i felt very well taken care of here! the staff will stay after close on a long weekend friday just to help you out! i live in edmonton and if i was evry looking for a car id make the trip all the way down here

Brought my truck in for The Works on a Saturday. The coffee was on and Darryl got me in fairly quickly. The technician was very thorough and had similar findings to the last service which was not done at Cam Clark. Once the truck was ready Darryl and I reviewed my maintenance game plan, and we decided it needed another detailing by Steve O as shown in the picture. So yeah, I’m happy, the truck is happy, I got to visit my Ford Family after an absence and all is right in my universe once again. Pass along my thanks to every one! Peace!

We had what could have been a very serious problem with our vehicle. We were greeted kindly and in no time our vehicle was up on the hoist and the problem diagnosed and fixed. Our faith restored in the kindness of strangers we headed home knowing our vehicle would safely get us there.

We travel to Canmore every summer. This time it was plus 33 and our van was overheating with the a/c on. We brought it into get serviced. We had a very good experience.
Afterwards, they followed up to ensure we were happy. We brought the vehicle back in after we had an additional concern. They cleared it all up!
Everyone there was extremely nice and friendly. And the building was very clean and inviting.
Our van is working better than ever! It hasn’t overheated since!

We had the experience of buying our first brand new vehicle with Shane. He was amazing! He walked us through the whole experience and made it super simple with no pushy tactics. Cheryl was wonderful with making sure we understood the paperwork side of things and what would be beneficial for add ons. I purchased a second-hand 2019 Ford Edge Titanium from CamClark in Canmore last December (8 months ago), and the experience was outstanding. Having always bought cheap cars directly from owners, I was skeptical about dealerships, but CamClark changed my mind.
The team detailed the car meticulously, arranged a deal for new winter tires, and reassured me that any issues with their repairs shortly after purchase would be taken care of. I appreciated being able to leave a small deposit (reimbursable) without feeling rushed or pressured. The honesty and integrity of the staff were evident throughout the process.
Despite paying more than I was used to, the price was fair, as confirmed by ICBC, especially given the high market prices for used cars. It's also worth knowing that they don't go lazy on the work they put into the cars they sell. They check everything and replace everything that needs to be, which will save you a great amount of money down the road. The car passed the interprovincial inspection without issues and has been a pleasure to drive since December 2023.
Special thanks to Michelle Kelcher, who provided all necessary reports, handled the transfer of ownership seamlessly, and was a pleasure to deal with. The detailed maintenance records and history of the car’s use by the previous owner were very reassuring. Thank you as well to Brendan, Josh, Michael, and the CamClark team.
I love my Ford Edge and will definitely return for future purchases. Highly recommended, even for those from BC! I would recommend CamClark to friends and family.
