5.2023 Bought a unique 350 dress...left and came back in once I saw the clearance section from the window. I did just get back from a 4 hr hike but an employee asked another employee if I purchased anything...and if i was the lady just in and if I purchased anything the first time bc I had a bag in my hand. Beyond rude and to be honest, I may have looked like a dump but unnecessary. This left a sour part inside me. It's been 4 mos and will not be returning in Oct 2023 due to this. No etiquette at all.

The clothes are lovely; however, the return policy is restrictive. I wanted to EXCHANGE an unworn top for the same in another colour. But they refused and stated that their policy is that there are no returns allowed after 30 days AND the tags must still be on. Poor customer relations.

There are many reasons to visit Canmore. Stopping at Charisma Collections is one of them. They have an awesome collection of Sympli the Best as well as other lines that would work for all ages but are very much appreciated by those who are looking for chic, professional as well as comfortable clothing. Plus, the women working at the store are lovely!
