(We are visiting from US) She was super helpful from the beginning, helped me choose shoe options and offered advice about the outfits I was debating on!!! I ended up going with the outfit I brought from home (secondary to my preference, the dresses I tried on were so cute!) and she was not offended or seemed annoyed at all! “Came to do a return on a pair of trail runners I had purchased 8 days before. Start to finish the return process was a bit of a mess due to me loosing reipt in my move, And the receipt being a little hard to track down in the system. As well as This shoe is very Bean, very briefly worn outside so I understand the issue on the mark side . My issue is the fact that there's less than 7,000 steps on these shoes and the insoles are already damaged and pulling apart which yes, obviously a part of basic wear and tear but not after 7,000 steps on a $230 pair of shoes. Luckily Les stepped in took over and was able to help resolve the issue. He was very competent and I appreciate his professionalism handling the situation as that was not the reaction I got from all the employees who tried to help me resolve this issue. Again a big thanks to Les as this was not the review that I had initially written witness started”
