The staff at Enterprise were very friendly and accommodationg according to the vehicles they had available. I would have preferreda a smaller car.

We rented a car from enterprise in BC and came to alberta for a vacation. We have a safety issue with the vehicle and the car is very unsafe to drive however Jake did try to do everything he can but still there’s nothing that has happened to help us get on the road. However, I would never recommend renting from this company as they never take safety issues seriously. I do am going to report this cause I want the company to take the accountability of anything that might happen while driving.

Zaki and Jake at Banff Enterprise took a major safety problem another branch created and saved a day of my vacation, maybe more. They were communicative, reliable, and understanding throughout the process. Couldn’t recommend working with them enough! Thanks for fixing my problem on a tough day.

Similar experience to the last reveiwer who had a mechanical issue and wanted to get replacement. At least he got to meet someone. I came here during business hours and its closed. I had a national car rental that had some mechanical issue, roadside assistance told me to go to this closest location. Its saturday and they confirmed its open till 12 pm noon. I get there at 11:20ish. Its closed - no one inside. No number to call. I call the nearest enterprise, guy says "canmore branch is not closed the guy must be cleaning cars or with a customer". I wait till 12pm and no one shows up. Its like whatever time works for the person who runs the branch. If its a private business i understand. But this is a national chain which you would expect some professionalism. Guess rules and professionalism doesn't apply to this branch.

Terrible experience, my car had a mechanical problem and they asked me to come to this branch. I arrived at 5:03 and the person at the branch did not help me despite explaining the journey I had gone through and the interruption of my trip.
Unfortunately their lack of empathy.
I do not recommend this branch.

Kale and the team at Enterprise were absolutely fantastic, yet again! This was my second time renting from them, and I'm already planning my next trip with them in mind. If you're looking to hire a car in Canmore (and Canada), look no further than Enterprise. They've got my highest recommendation!

If you put winter tires on the vehicles, you would get more stars, but I felt really unsafe driving the Expedition I got in the winter in the mountains!! It was dangerous. Tourists come here and would have no idea.
