This 7/11 is absolutely disgusting. Should be 0 stars. Between the bathrooms that looked and smelled like they haven't been cleaned in over a month, to the floors that clearly are not swept nor washed daily and the food areas that had food on the floor. My patience ran out when the cashier handled the top of the Gatorade bottles that you twist and drink from she put her dirty cash handled hands all over the tops of the bottles when she scanned them. Ended up walking out not purchasing from here due to their lack of proper cleanliness and general common sense when it came to handling food items. Absolutely not acceptable, the owner of this location seriously needs to train the staff about proper store maintenance, food handling and cleanliness.

Rolled into Esso half-asleep, rolled out feeling like I could wrestle a grizzly. Filled the tank and grabbed a Ghost energy drink—now both me and the car are running on premium. Perfect launch pad for the drive to Jasper. Would’ve bought two but didn’t want to see through time.

I visited this gas station on the evening of March 9th and encountered an issue with the tire inflator. After inserting $3, I found that the tire gauge was not working, and no air pressure was being dispensed. When I informed the clerk, I was told that the machine is operated by a third party and that the store could not take any responsibility for it.
While I understand that the equipment may be managed externally, it is still located on your property. As a courtesy to customers, I believe it would be appropriate to place a sign indicating that the machine is out of service—just as you do for your washrooms most of the time ”NOT AVAILABLE “
I hope 7-Eleven management can take this into consideration and ensure a better experience for customers in the future.
