I've gone to Fix Auto numerous times over 20 years and have always had great service. Recently, Terry looked at some frame rust and gave me a honest and important professional opinion, including some options for how I might sell my truck. It turns out his advice was the best I could have received as the auction was my best bet.
I never would have thought of this, and am grateful to Terry and his team for taking the time to help brainstorm options; it was a genuine gift. We are lucky to have Fix in our small mountain town.

I received truly outstanding service from Fix Auto Bow Valley today. I arrived just as they were closing for the long weekend, hoping to get a quick estimate. Not only did they look at the issue, but they actually went ahead and did the repair on the spot. When I asked about payment, they simply requested a donation to a charity. Incredible service, I would absolutely recommend this company.

We stopped by at short notice to have a small door ding on our rental car checked out before returning it in Calgary. I believe Terry was the name of the person who dealt with me, and he was kind, reassuring, speedy, and very nicely natured. A quick polish and we were on our way feeling 100% calmer, and the car was accepted by the rental company with no issue whatsoever.

Who is giving these guys a five? I went there to get an idea on cost, arrogant and rude. Won’t ever go back and hopefully a honest review will stop others from making the same mistake! I notice that your response is the same for every negative review! Just do better when people need your help

They took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done with my automobile, they gave me a timeline for accomplishing the work, they completed the work on time & with exceptional attention to detail and, finally, they went the extra distance to make sure I was a satisfied customer.
