They have an extensive selection catering to all ages and tastes. Kim and Christine possess an exceptional knack for pinpointing items that compliment each person's unique style and age. Both my adult daughter and I left with multiple treasures, thanks to their keen eye for fashion. I had set a budget, and they honored it without hesitation. I'll definitely be returning!

I've ordered from Indigo Bay twice now. Both times I received awesome customer service. When an item I'd ordered wasn't in stock I received a phone call and was provided with several similar options. Both times my orders were shipped quickly, packaged well, and the items were exactly as described. Five star experience! I am already planning my next order!!

Love this place! It’s got “Husband Chairs” so you have a place to sit while your significant other does their shopping. But wait…..there’s more! They carry the most comfy shoes a fella can wear!To show my appreciation I set up this little display for them! Cheers!!!

Love this store, but I rarely find anything in my size range: 14/16. This is an average size, by the way, for Canada. I also find that the staff members don’t bother asking me if I need help- almost like they know nothing will fit me so they don’t bother. Disappointing every-time I enter.

They were quick on processing my order and shipped the product to my home. They took extra care by contacting me to confirm drop off and a special place to leave the package while I was at work. Amazing customer service.

Showing up at a store at 630 to have the lady working be disgustingly rude. “I’m closing in 10 minutes” and ignore the fact we were even in there but is helping her friend shop? had many items I wanted to purchase but due to the disgusting behaviour we decided to leave. Don’t shop here.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The store itself is a disaster - expensive clothes crammed on racks with no logical organization (I found the same sweater in different colours scattered throughout the store). The staff was less than helpful, and when I finally got to use a fitting room, the employee started trying on clothes in the room next to me instead of helping me find another size. The cherry on top was when I finally found the other employee to ask about trying on a specific shirt I found online, they said it was located off-site, and the only way to try it on was to message them on Instagram and come back another day when it could be retrieved from storage. Seeing as this would require another 2 hour round-trip on a different day, it definitely isn’t going to happen. I left empty handed and will never go back to this abomination of a store, and neither should you.

I found the staff were not engaged unless you took the initiative to approach them. Overwhelming amount of product. I didn’t know where to start. Prices were outrageous but especially for items that were thin and not much to them. Did not feel welcomed.
