Very friendly, passionate, and knowledgeable. This is a locally owned store, and they really stand by their work. You can tell that they are very careful which pieces they bring in, no matter the price point, and I would highly recommend this shop to both locals and visitors to Canmore and Banff.

We came by to have a watch strap adjusted just before closing, and the gentleman helping us took his time making the proper adjustments - he did not rush us at all. He was so personable while working on the watch. Super friendly service and we had a great experience.
