I pulled up to the shop this morning to get some help and advice after my ‘23 Truck had an encounter with a street sweeper that kicked up a bunch of rocks. Despite the damage being relatively minor compared to a fender bender or car wreck Darrel? was an absolute pleasure to chat to and offered up his time and thoughtful professional opinion on my best options to resolved the situation. Despite being pretty bummed out about my truck I left feeling so positive thanks to his excellent attitude and customer service. That was much appreciated, thank you!

From Aswin KumarI highly recommend for Lockwood auto body shop..........I have been to the shop 4 times for different damage problem in my different cars to the Lockwood auto body shop.I am writing this review first time even after going different issues in 4 years. Quality, honestly and reliability has not changed. I can see the same Staff every year which means the customer service and quality service has not changed.Feels like we'll taken care and I don't need to compare the prices to anywhere else.Excellent service best ?????Quality is best ?????Customer service is best?????Reliability and Trustable ?????Price is good and genuinelyBest local shop for Bow Valley (Banff, Canmore and Lake Louise).My insurance company asked me to go to another auto body shop but I requested them to send me a LOCKWOOD BODY SHOP.Thank you for your excellent service ????

Sooo many thanks to Lockwood Autobody!! We had a wonky car part and called the place to see if they could help. They fit us in the day after and Mr. Lockwood and his crew were able to help us right away. We had a lovely chat with them and I was able to even charge my phone in their office which was doubly helpful! Thanks everyone you all rock :)

Could not recommend this auto body shop more. I unfortunately dislodged the bottom of my bumper and they were able to fix it in a jiffy, even though it was a bit complicated!!! Mr. Lockwood and the mechanic that helped us were so lovely and we had a wonderful conversation while they fixed up the car. Huge huge thank you, everyone with car problems should come here. ????

Getting a Quote was easy and they even did a quick fix on my door enough to make it usable until I got into the shop. Getting an appointment to get the work done took a little longer than expected but overall I'm very pleased with the work they did.
