I’ve been struggling to find women’s work boots that fit properly, and this is already my third pair. I’ve spent a considerable amount of money trying to get the right fit. I ordered a pair of boots online since they aren’t available in stores, but the shipping took longer than expected. In the meantime, I started wearing them, and unfortunately, I hurt my feet. I was hoping to exchange them for a different size, but the assistant manager refused to assist with the exchange, offering no alternative solution to help me find a suitable pair of boots. Instead, I was told that I couldn’t return them because I had already worn them.
I’m really disappointed with how difficult it is to find boots in my size and the lack of in-store options. This entire experience has been frustrating, especially after spending $300 for a pair of boots that ultimately didn’t work out.

Would be awesome if you actually had reasonable hours of business. Nearly impossible to work during the day and then buy work wear in the evening when you close at 5. You could make far more money being open later.

Really happy with the help I received from both the gentleman in shoes ( non slip work shoes and flip flops). Sales were great . Two pairs of shoes for $80. Also the young lady at cash was friendly and helpful. Thanks for the service.

Nothing is ever available here so don't even bother wasting your time going in to shop, and the website is broken af coupled with very lousy customer service online and in store. So ridiculous, never shopping at this useless location

I want to ask Mark’s to supply SMALL and EXTRA SMALL clothes for Women at the Canmore location. Canmore women come in small sizes as well as large-extra large!!!! I cannot find tops that are smaller than medium. THANK YOU!

Very inconvenient to be closed at 5pm in the SUMMER WHEN PEOPLE WORK LATER THAN 5PM. Very poor form.
