Customer service is alive and well at this Napa location. I regret not getting the name of the young man that helped me. I walked in and asked if they would do a load test on the battery of my Jeep and it was no problem at all. (Even though I was wearing a Lordco jacket…) After a few minutes in the parking lot I had the info I needed and could carry on. Thanks again for the great service!

Very helpful staff based on my experience. He tried his best to get the price down on some lug nuts and it was pretty reasonable pricing in the end. I’ll be back to NAPA in Canmore. Thanks fellas.

If I could give zero stars I would. Bought a Napa oil filter there a few months ago and when I called to see if I could return it the person I spoke to basically said I need a proof of purchase “because it could be a stolen” filter. Not sure I could track a receipt it but if that’s the starting point of trust of customers of this dealer then I no longer wish to purchase from them. Not everyone keeps their receipts.

Kind but simple folk. The kind that’ll likely just stand there and stare at you rather than tell you the store is closed or provide you with helpful auto parts information.But dag nabb it it’s simple folk like this that keep the great Canadian economy moving and I wouldn’t have it any other way.God bless you all

Horrible customer service. Needed to get back to Edmonton, said they would get the part in and would call me when it arrived. Never got a call but went there and asked for it. I needed a pulley installer kit which they had, but didn’t sell me so I had to walk back again. The first pulley they sold me had a chip in it, which could have ended up being very dangerous driving back. They asked no questions or offered to make sure I had everything I’d need. The sign on the door says “we wear masks” but when you walk in nobody in that store wore one until more than 4 people were in the store at once. Both counter service people looked like they didn’t want to be there, and had no idea what parts I was asking for. I do not recommend this napa to anybody in Canmore

Horrible experience trying to get parts while we were stranded from edmonton, staff have no service skills or empathy. we had to make 4 trips walking 20 minutes each way from our hotel to get everything we needed, because they barely wanted to engage with us or do more than the bare minimum to get us out the door

We use NAPA daily for supplies for our shop. They deliver us our products the same day we order them, and will sometimes make multiple trips in a day to accommodate us. We have had a flourishing business relationship for roughly 20 years, and without their contribution to the industry, the Bow Valley would have a hard time being as mechanically inclined as it is. Thank you Jeff and the team for always delivering the goods in perfect condition and on time!
