I've been buying soap and shaver bars from here for about 5 years and I love their products. On Friday June 2nd I stopped in to buy some soap and was lucky enough to meet Serge the owner. What a very nice guy. Service was great as always. I recommend you try their products. You won't buy your soap anywhere else.

I am a huge fan of Oh Canada Soapworks and love the products, that being said, I was very disappointed to come to your shop in Dead Man’s Flatts at 12:00 noon on Sunday and find it closed when both your google page and Facebook page say you’re open. I live 4 hours from Canmore and won’t be able to come back any time soon.

My wife and I stopped in at their production facility in Dead Man’s Flats AB. We were treated to a tour and shown how the soap is made and packaged. The staff were very friendly and helpful in picking out the rights products! The Soap bars, Bath salts and bombs make great gifts.

I ordered a variety of soap bars. They’re lovely and I can’t wait to try them all. They included a little gift soap as well. Shipping was free because of a promotion and I received my package quickly. I will definitely purchase from them again. Totally positive experience from start to finish. Thank you!

I am disappointed with my last interaction with O'Canada Soapworks. I placed an order and felt the shipping costs where high, but I took the chance thinking the products would be worth it. After I placed the order I did not get a tracking number. It then took well over a week to get my products! When I called the warehouse to express my disappointment no one answered my call so I left a voicemail. No one called me back. When I called again I spoke to someone who really didn't seem to care that I was disappointed with my interaction. She basically told me that I need to be more understanding of current times and that I should let past purchases/interactions speak for themselves.When I called I was disappointed and wanted to share so they could improve for next time (with the next customer). When the call ended, I was frustrated and offended. I will think twice about going back even though I like the products.

A company that really goes above and beyond. The soaps smell divine and they even facilitated plastic free shipping for me. Amanda was exceptional and answered any questions that I had. I ordered from Ontario and the products came much faster than expected, I will absolutely be placing more orders in the future! Thank you ?

I've been a CANMORE resident & RUSTICANA customer for 20 years. Yesterday I shopped at the store & was shocked to see them selling 375 ml bottles of homemade hand sanitizer for $39.95 plus GST. The product is labelled as being manufactured by O-CANADA SOAP. This type of price gouging in a time of international crisis is not only appalling but pathetic. As I recognize that the price may reflect a small markup from what O'CANADA sold it to RUSTICANA I am placing this review on both companies profiles. Either way, both LOCAL companies are participating in this unacceptable strategy to profit from the crisis rather than attempting to help in some small way. By comparison, PARK DISTILLERY in BANFF is producing hand sanitizer and donating it free of charge to the town for distribution to those in need. In many places such as The State of NEW YORK, this conduct is unlawful and is being prosecuted. Shame on both companies that I have mentioned for their greed and disrespect to the residents and visitors of CANMORE.

I absolutely LOVE the products here, beautifully made with natural ingredients and local :) For a small business they did an excellent job with sanitizer and signage, even with little sample soaps so you can take and decide if you like it. Longer hours which is ideal for out of town visitors, and great prices and variety. I did miss the seasonal decor, they usually do such a beautiful job decorating the front area (especially cool retro tub), and I was underwhelmed this time. However, still LOVE their soaps and bath products :) Great gifts and treats for yourself.

New management/owners. Great service and incredibly knowledgeable. They really made my friends and I feel welcome.Loved the soap selection. Everything is so fresh and well made. PLUS IT ALL SMELLS DIVINE!! They're making their packaging more eco friendly, which is a win in my books too!They have a great setup! Bought some of their butter rubs (Breathe, Aftershave), and a selection of soaps.Will help support this local company through online order and stopping in when I'm back in the area!!!.Stop in here. Have a boo, check out the bears and perhaps bring home a fresh bar for your self care routine.
