What a lovely store, upon buying my first bag of food, I was gifted with a dog ball, treats AND a bully stick. Staff were knowledgeable & my pup was very happy!

lovely store in canmore. we visited here on a trip to banff after my flurry friend jumped into a big puddle of mud. staff were friendly, and we were shown to the right product that worked for my puppy's sensitive skin.

Always a pleasure to shop at Pet Planet in Canmore… we are always welcomed with a smile and a word for the pup, staff is super nice and ask if the dog has allergies before giving them treats!! My dog always drags me there !! Dog wash is also super convenient and we always got good advices

Staff & owner are very friendly.The owner gave me great advice regarding a different store's "13th bag free promotion" earlier this week.She suggested I email the dog food producer, I took her advice, got verification on the policy and they are sending me a free bag. Thank you so much!Their prices are also really good for their products, not the "Canmore mark-up" that can occur.

By far the best place in town for anything pet related. Always friendly staff and a huge selection on food and treats. We love the frozen section for raw chicken feet/necks and sardines and the long lasting collagen chews in the treat section! Julie has great recommendations for any issues or concerns we have!

The owner is absolutely rude was in the other day looking to buy a few things.As I am new to the area well All I can say is Julie I am assuming the mananger didn't say on her name tag Has no cooth or class yelling And Belitting a employee's bf I am assuming we ended up leaving.We went to Cochrane.Will never shop at this store

This store has way to much staff turnover.The owner is rude and condescending towards her employee's and to her customers.I will go to Cochrane and support them.Last review was taken down hopefully this one stays...

We were traveling across the country with our new puppy and realized we needed a remedy for our new boy. My wife called ahead, as we would be passing by, and the woman that answered, was pleasant and helpful. She even placed the product up at the counter, getting it ready for when we got there. Definitely made our stop easier. Thank you! If we come through Canmore again, we will definitely stop in and use them again

Awesome staff and great choice of toys and treats for both dogs and cats ! We came here today with our dog and they were the most welcoming staff we’ve ever seen. They made sure we have gotten everything we need and even gave us a to-go bag with a few treats for the dog and even thought about our cats that are home and gave them some dental treats as well. We highly recommend this pet store and can definitely consider it the best!

What a lovely little store in the heart of Canmore! Wide selection of food, treats, and toys - with frequent specials (treats 15% off on Thursdays ?). Prices extremely reasonable for Canmore.The owner was so lovely and welcomed us to Canmore with a couple little goodies. We will definitely be back!
