The CCS connector is difficult to connect to a charge port on the back left side of a vehicle due to its length, thickness and location. The app and the credit card tap both didn't work. Only one of the chargers is possibly working. I couldn't charge my EV6.

I always make this location my fill up to make my travel up to the Okanagan 12 hour trip. I time it to arrive for 6 am. The last 2 times I waited until 610 when I decided to go to neighboring Esso. My travel times are important to me and when posted opening hours are not honored, it is very annoying to me. I will try one more time before switching.

The guy who was working on Saturday, January 27th 2024 at 17:30, in Petro Canada Canmore extremelly rude and aggressive , not even say hi to the customers and having an anger attitude to the clients. No name tag on him!Buddy if you don't like your job and treat the customers as trash, just simple, stay home! We do not need people like you around!

Brutal , disgusting customer service from this guy even dont have name tag on, when asked for started yelling at us and being rude. we are literally shocked by the nasty behaviour of this guy, we are literally being shown the big sign of RACISM from this store, never had experienced this brutality in my life ever.MY FRIENDLY SUGGESTIONNEVER GO TO THIS STORE ESPECIALLY WHILE THIS GUY WORKING.Definitely shouldn't have such nasty people on the tourist spot like this.I would urge the main headoffice of this store to reach me out through this email.I even asked for the store manager's number but was obviously refused by this guy to hide his negligence.Incident happend on Aug7 around 9pm.????????????

I actually stopped here today to charge my Electric car! PetroCan have excellent charging stations and it was FAST! 150 kWh which was well beyond what my car can accept! Price is reasonable but 2 suggestions:1. The charging cable is a bit short. Needs another 6 feet. I have a Leaf and parked it normally and I could barely reach the front charge port!2. It is disappointing that each tower will only charge ONE car at a time, yet it has CCS and CHAdeMO charging cables. Surely it could be upgraded to allow 2 EV's per charging tower?
