We took my shy/nervous Sheltie here for the first time last month.
My partner and I were completely blown away by the groom she received, and the kindness the groomer showed us.
The shop is clean and bright, with nice decor, and it’s obvious that the owner and staff are passionate about grooming/dog care.
Thank you so much for everything- we’ll be back soon!

Came here while on vacation in Banff as my dog needed a quick nail trim. I didn't have an appointment but was seen immediately. My pup can be super anxious during grooming but she was great! Highly recommend :)

I won’t take my dog anywhere else, Diana and her partner are the best! She cares so much about the pups and does such a great job grooming. I fully trust them with my (sometimes difficult) rescue. Thank you Diana!

I contacted Diana at Pugs N Mutts to see if we could book our Schnoodle in for doggie day care. Donna immediately responded with a few questions and after my response she promptly booked him in. At drop off Diana greeted us with a friendly demeanour and after we signed the waiver we left knowing he was in very good hands.After we picked him up he very quickly fell asleep on my lap….. a very tired boy after playing all day with the other pup who was there that day.Thanks Diana!

Molson LOVES Diana. We've been going there for almost 3 years. She is so good to him and will stop to say hello even when we are just walking by. We had one haircut (of the many) where he came home and it wasn't quite right and she fixed it the next day at no cost. Her customer service is fantastic.

Diana is the best. My dog Wally loves going there. He has stayed for day care and groomings a few times.I also recently took my older, grumpier, dog Blu there for a grooming - and she was wonderful with him. It is the best grooming he's had in years! Highly recommend!

What a great facility! They took such great care of our pup and she also got a grooming. The staff are wonderful. We will definitely be back next time we pass through Canmore.

First time at Pugs and Mutts for a puppy groom. We LOVED it here! Sooo much kindness and love for our puppy, we will be regulars customers. The shop is beautiful and quiet, looking forward to trying the daycare too!
