Overall not good, stayed here for Labour Day weekend 2 nights over $1000. Train came by every 2 hours and woke me up. The walls are so thin can hear everyone opening and closing doors and then walking in the hallway, toilet didn’t work for the first couple hours and the beds are so uncomfortable ever day waking up with back pain from feeling the springs in the mattresses. Will not come back!

Nice place to stay if visiting Banff. I liked pools and gym. Front desk was helpful.

Very bad place to stay
They are not flexible
Their tv’s are not connected to internet and not even allow to connect to wifi hotspot
What a wastage of money to $500 per night
Horrible place to stay
Please don’t book this place it is rip off money

no breakfast included at high price. room smells bad. bed sheets and blankets have holes in it.

1 am and overheard the guy on the receiving area telling the two teenagers that the coffee machine is closed, even though theres a big sign there that says coffee is free for the ones staying in the hotel. and when the two teens went to their rooms he intentionally took out a part of the coffee maker sk that that coffee maker

Great location in town. Rooms were big and clean.
Rooms: Rooms were clean and beds were comfortable.
Walkability: a short walk to the town with all the stores.

Stayed here for 3 nights. We had 4 adults and 1 kid in the room. The room itself was okay. I liked how it had a living room type area at the front where the couch bed was with a mini fridge and microwave then a separation at the bedroom with the 2 beds. The hotel itself has a pool inside and an outdoor hottub (located in the parking lot basically). However..... the service was absolutely abysmal. We never had our garbages emptied iver the 3 days and they were two very small garbages and no extra bags so we used bags we got from the gracery store for extra trash, we had to consistently go down the the front desk for coffee, towels and toilet paper because they wouldn't bring it up, and the receptionist on the phone when I called down to ask a question was rude and sounded like he would rather be doing anything else than his job. If the room wasn't OK I would have only given one star based on service alone. Stay somewhere else.

This hotel is at great location and we had been given room to the mountain side from where we can enjoy three sisters view. Room was clean and small kitchen was also available. It has swimming pool as well as outdoor Jacuzzi. Parking was free.

Didn't stay at the hotel, but had Breakfast at the Chez François. Food was delicious, the service was a little slow but the ambiance outside in the fresh air was great.

Spectacular property look. Great location as it is next to restaurants, gas station, main road. Big bathroom and living room. AC gave some trouble but Front Desk staff resolved quickly.

This hotel has the customer service and added touches. We are here for our 20th Anniversary. The hotel staff did a nice job of welcoming us with a nice cake and a bottle of wine. Deepak checked us in super fast. The rooms are big and the bed comfortable. Nice view of the mountains.

I do work for them for renovations in their bathrooms and I've been here numerous times. It's always quiet the rooms are very large with a living room area with television fridge microwave and sink separate from the room. Definitely worth the money on your vacation with a log house rustic look inside. They have a very nice swimming pool jacuzzi that's actually outside where the swimming pool is and a decent gym. I've already visited there and stayed at this location without the work but with family and friends.
