From Edmonton, and it sounded like my Rear Differential was little low on some fluid. Pulled in at opening, and spoke to the service mangers asking if they could fill it up so I could at least get back to Edmonton without it seizing. And they were able to do that with me, and I was on my way in 30mins.

The #1 place in canmore for your car! I always feel so well cared for, and not just a number in their system. Maya is very organized, and remembers my name every time I come in! They not only change your oil, but do a check on your car for all major parts (brakes etc) which as a busy mum I so appreciate. The entire team also loves dogs - which is a bonus in itself. My dog loves to come with me!

Can’t praise the staff at Quick Lane enough!! We had a very stressful scenario with our car breaking down when we first moved to town and specifically Heather went above and beyond with what was expected to help. It’s not often you feel like a garage will have your best interests at heart (especially as a female) but Heather & Richard showed us true, old fashioned, small town community spirit and made us feel super welcome to the area. Thanks for saving our butts! The staff are the reason we’ll be back to Quick Lane and Ford again.

We came here with our RV for new tires. It’s a manual vehicle from Europe, and while we wanted to drive it into the shop ourselves, we were told we couldn’t—which we fully understood. Instead, Richard insisted he would drive it in, assuring us he had experience with manual transmission. Unfortunately, this was not the case.
When reversing, he hit the lighting pole with our bike rack. Our RV is not just a vehicle but also our home for a long world trip, and at that moment everything we had could have been ruined. I saw it coming and shouted “stop” at least ten times, even hit the back of the RV to warn him, but he only stopped after it was too late. It was clear he had no idea how to handle a manual vehicle.
The damage included our bikes, and we were terrified one of them—worth €1000—was broken. Richard’s only comment was that such a price “wasn’t expensive for a bike.” What shocked us most was that he never apologized—not at the time and not afterward. Even when we raised our complaint with the manager, we were told Richard would come to speak to us, but instead we only got excuses. One excuse was that Richard had lived in Canada “only 20 years,” so his English wasn’t good enough. But “stop” is universal.
In the end, this turned into a very stressful experience. To be fair, the manager did compensate us for the damaged bike lock, and the lady at the front desk was genuinely kind and understanding. Maybe this is a good garage overall—but whatever you do, don’t let Richard drive your vehicle.

Heather and her crew were great... picked up a nail in Medicine Hat & were outside Canmore when we realized that we had a problem, on our way home to BC
