Overpriced, all of the isles are too tight to fit by the oblivious people, they removed the coffee shop. Inside is a bit pretty, but it's hard to pay attention to it when somebody isn't looking forwards and runs into you.

My first grocery store experience in Canada! Very clean, friendly and helpful staff. If you're visiting you can purchase paper bags here at checkout for $.25. I also nabbed some local maple syrup for a gift!

Safeway Canmore is one of the better-stocked grocery options in town, with a solid deli, fresh produce, and convenient on-site liquor store. It can get hectic during peak hours, but the layout is efficient and shelves are usually well stocked. Prices reflect the tourist location, but it’s reliable for locals and travelers alike. Parking is spacious.

Food is food so shop and enjoy as they have food. My complaint is Safeway gift cards. I get them regularly as gifts. If not used soon they, “SAFEWY” take administration fees off. Over the year I have lost more than $200. You are a greedy company. I dislike your practice and will not partake in your snatch and grab stealing program scheme.
