My gf's shoes got stolen the previous day and she had to wear my big shoes to work. Staff were super helpful and accommodating while I shopped for a new pair for her.
Basically allowed me to pay and run a pair to her. Was able to bring back the pair that was 1/2 size too small and replace for appropriate size.

I have friends who have raved about Shoes t' Boot and today was the first time I had the opportunity to experience the store. What a fun place! They have a great selection of casual shoes and sandals. It was busy with dogs and all manner of interesting people. Although I didn't find what I was looking in this busy little store, the attendant Hannah was attentive and helpful.

Absolutely superb! Quality,
caring and understanding! Joanne has been in business for fifteen years for a reason!! She set me up with the footwear that glided me through a weekend in Toronoto of cocktail parties, coffee meetings, gala event, marching through airports while, still being phenomenally functional footwear for our local area. I am certain I will have these high quality boots for decades! And most importantly, it was a fantastic experience!

Dog friendly!!! Stopped in today to look at boots. The two staff working were absolutely fantastic. Purchased a beautiful sweater. Staff were very helpful - great high quality selection and unique products. Love this shop will not hesitate to recommend. Also to note they had a selection of size 11 shoes for those women in search of that size. Definitely worth checking out.

I bought a pair of boots last Monday for 178$ after tax and when I got back to Calgary from Canmore I realized that the boots were of different heights one didn’t had the structure on the calf portion whereas the other pair was nice and structured came back on Saturday from Calgary as the store timing said on google was that it’s open till 8pm but they were closed at 5.50pm when I reached now I feel ripped off since I could have bought a nice boot with better quality from a well known brand for cheaper and at least the boots would match the quality of the price as they are not leather and are vegan and being sold at an expensive price. I have spent so much on gas just to come all the way to return that it’s just not worth it anymore. Bad experience will not recommend anyone purchasing from here!

Shoes t’ Boot carry unique brands of shoes and boots. I recently purchased a pair of Asportuguesas shoes which I love so much I can’t wait to return to purchase a second pair. I also found sandals on sale that are stylish and comfortable. Thank you for the great service!

Fabulous well made product; helpful and knowledgeable staff. I love shopping here and find the customer service to be excellent. So many of my favourites were purchased here: my Olang winter boots, my Asportuguesas slippers, my Sorel walking shoes.

My mom and I went into this store to buy boots for her and the customer service was AMAZING. There were two gals in the store and they were really nice and helpful. I highly recommend shopping here!

Normally, I would not bother with reviews, but my experience in this store with poor customer service requires mentioning. I was in this store recently looking at shoes. I stopped to ask the sales associate some questions about how the shoes were made, given any shoe I picked up was expensive ($200-$300). It started off with the sales associate appearing that she didn't want to be bothered to help me. Then as I was trying to understand what she was telling me, she basically became argumentative, and eventually dismissed me by turning her back on me and going back to whatever she was doing before I came along. The owners of this store should ensure that they have knowledgeable, mature sales staff with proper soft and hard skill training if they are going to sell expensive shoes to knowledgeable consumers. Because of this young, immature, dismissive sales associate, I will never shop in this store and will tell my friends not to shop there either.

My wife wanted to stop here as she'd been in the store and bought shoes when she's visited in the past. She wasn't sure if they had mens' shoes or not, so I went in. I was helped by a wonderful associate that knew a lot about the slippers I looked at. She was able to track down the right pair for me and was also very helpful in helping my wife get a pair as well. I would highly recommend this store, very nice staff and extremely knowledgable.

Walked in and inquired about men’s shoes. Was directed by the nicest most knowledgeable associate. She informed me on the Blundstone brand and their excellent warranty. Also the price fix for the brand nationwide, so you can be assured while shopping here in Canmore you aren’t paying a premium!Bought a pair of Blundstones haha. I can’t tell if these are Dad boots or not, but they are comfy AF so it is what it is.A local business truly worth supporting!
