I’m here now, Wednesday early evening. Just purchased a $10 car wash, cost me $13. I put in $10 of toonies & it only counted $6. I asked for a refund, only gave me back $6.00. I then put in a $10 dollar bill with no issues. Not the first time this has happened.

Put $4 in to realize that the middle vacuum doesn’t work. Terrible in all directions. I wonder how many people got scammed before me and how many will be after me.

I went for a car wash and literally had the amazing experience.
For some reason my card wasn’t working and walked into the office to see if i can prepay for it there and gentleman there(owners son) came with me to resolve the issue. I tried my card again and it didn’t work. He then tried his card and it went through. He paid for my car wash. I tried to tell him that i ll come back with cash and he said-“ No, today is your lucky day. Have a great day ahead.”
I was so taken back. You don’t see many people like him in today’s time.
Hats off to you sir! You made my day.

Fix your vacuum machine or add card option. Inserted $2 coin but did not accept it. Then lost the coin when tried second time. Same thing happened before as well, lost coins.

Presoak not even working. No soap for many minutes… hose constantly leaking even when off. Spot free rinse also not working. Car will not be spotless and clean!

Originally had an issue with one of the machines taking more coins than needed and not properly registering credit (probably a faulty sensor) on Christmas Eve. Since it's basically an unmanned car wash station, we called their number and left a message about the situation. Couple days later we received a call back from the owner with a coupon code refund. Thank you for being an honorable business. I would recommend this place.

We live in Toronto and all the vacuum cleaning and car wash is quite cheap here compared to Toronto, we pay literally dollar for min and here paid 1 for 5min
