Do not waste your time if you want competent or timely customer service. I am in a dire financial situation following a complex domestic situation and the associate, Nadia Jlail, did not bother to follow-up when a decision was rendered on my application. After a lack of response to email follow-ups and calling the branch, I stopped by a local branch (not this location) during my work day to be told the team's response, and that the decision was rendered by TD on August 9th.
This is 10 DAYS that I went with no awareness that this had occurred despite my multiple follow-ups. I am now in a far more precarious position due to how this and the lack of communication has unfolded and the feedback I was given. Unacceptable. DO NOT USE THIS BRANCH ASSOCIATE. You will not be well-informed in any timely manner.

The staff is very good rude .. Wanted to deposit cheque . The lady in the bank was not ready to help I wanted to deposit cheque and funds she strait away refused to attend me

I banked with TD for over 10 years and it’s been full of disappointments. My experience with the Canmore branch over the last 3 years was no different. I would recommend being more careful in your promises to clients. Do not promise anything that you cannot fulfill.We have since moved pretty much everything over to BMO who has already done an excellent job of serving us.

Called the branch while on my way as it was close to closing, just needed a new copy of my debit card. I said I would be there just as they were closing as asked if they could wait for me , was told no. Rushed and got there 2 minutes before close and doors were locked. No care for their customers

Worst customer service ever. I will have to go in again, now for a third time in a month after signing documents that they haven't done anything yet with. Their utter incompetence has held up my mother's will from passing probate. Don't leave your finances in their hands unless you want your kids to go through this after you are gone.

Everyone is nice and helpful.But a lot of the staff seems to not know certain process.I am making my TD Auto Loan payment through the branch because it reflects to my account faster than online banking.My Auto Debit is currently turned off because of personal matters, but they said I can always pay at the branch.I have already made more than 10 payments on the branch, and every time I go there, they always seem to not know how to process Auto Loan payment which causes wait times.I hope the management will train everyone of all the services you can do at the branch. To avoid customer waiting for more than they should.

I recently had two charges to my TD Visa that I did not authorize. The TD agent was understanding and efficient. My card was blocked and a new card arrived at my front door the very next day. To say I was impressed would be an understatement. I believe the agents name was Martine. Excellent service and THANK YOU!!!
