No warranty on products. Cheep toy product breaks within 1/2 hour of normal play. Response of clerk: "once you take something from store, if it breaks it's on you".

Fun to look around. Shocked at some prices. Disappointed in the adult only card section haha they weren’t that bad! We had fun looking at everything. Very unique items.

My partner and I are visiting from the UK and decided to stop in The Tin Box yesterday evening. My partner grew up in Canmore, so knows the town and people very well. While in the store, an employee with a blonde ponytail approached us and asked if we needed any help. We kindly said “no thank you, we’re just looking!” After this exchange, the employee mentioned above followed us around the shop for the remainder of our time in there, not particularly discreetly, until we left. I notified my partner as we left, as the employee was standing by the door, watching us as we walked out. It made us both very uncomfortable, and was particularly unpleasant for my partner, having lived in Canmore for over half of their life, and never having had experienced treatment like this.It’s completely understandable for employees to be watchful over their places of work to prevent theft, but in future, it may be wise to be a little bit more discreet.

Fun gift and souvenir shop. If you live locally you can join their gift card club as well. They have a good selection of gift cards, socks, trinkets, kitchen wares, jewelry, etc. Always fun poking around this store

I was looking for a specific ornament for Christmas and they were so good with helping me place the order and shipped it out right away. It was packaged well and came very quickly. The customer service was helpful and friendly. Next time I am in Canmore I will be stopping by to shop in person.

Really cute boutique shop with interesting items for gifts or mementos from Canmore. Bought some signs for my bathroom, get lots of compliments on them. Will return on my next visit!

Had a couple of days in Canmore was lucky enough to come across the store and purchased a very, very soft t-shirt dress, love it and will be calling bk for more in different Color’s.

over priced and poor quality merchandise. i purchased a pair of silver earrings for $40. I went to put them on, the same day of purchase and they were broken. I went back, still on the same day, and they refused to refund or allow me to exchange for a non-broken pair.

Super cute! Has something for everyone! One of a kind things on the pricier side but also little goodies for those on a budget! Great variety and not all tacky tourist stuff like some stores!

I love this store! It has so many fun and beautiful things. The new owner is so friendly and helpful too. I will definitely visiting again when I return to Canmore.
