2 CAD handling fee for printing takes your three BandW pages to the price almost 3 CAD making it 1 CAD per page!. Just go across the street into the library. You can pay only cash in there, but it will be much much cheaper.

The fact that my local UPS store can't tell me where my package is, is weird. The fact that my parcel couldn't be delivered despite having TWO phone numbers attached, neither called, is beyond ridiculous. Add the fact that in order for a Canada to Canada delivery you have to call a special international line because UPS isn't Canadian and they don't offer any of this information on the online help is CRAZY. I will never allow anyone to send me something through UPS again

Rana and Jeff do not give UPS a good name. They offer a service where you are able to call and see if you have mail, but the phone has never been answered a single time. They do not pick up the phone. It is extremely poor customer service as well as poor business ethics. If you have a phone number for customers to call, someone should be there to answer.

The owners of the UPS store in Canmore are both very friendly and helpful. We shipped our packages to Toronto for a move and they made it very easy for us.

I am very unsatisfied with this particular outlet of UPS. I have left 4 messages about a package and no response. I have called UPS's main line and not had success. I would NOT recommend UPS to anyone.
