I am very unsatisfied with this particular outlet of UPS. I have left 4 messages about a package and no response. I have called UPS's main line and not had success. I would NOT recommend UPS to anyone.

Worst customer service and delivery, they don't listen customers, never ever use this company for shipment they take weeks to deliver package where other companies take 1 to 2 business days. It happened 3 times in a row with me.

Friendly, efficient, accommodating serviceI had to ship an awkwardly shaped back pack to Ontario. In no time at all Jeff had resized a box to perfectly fit it, taped it up. Rana checked me through the cash and Jeff put the shipping label on the box. Could not have been easier or more pleased!

I regularly have items shipped here if i cant have them shipped to my PO Box, there is a small fee but not unreasonable.Service has always been fast, friendly, helpful and professional.i also sometimes take advantage of UPS's overnight shipping option which is pretty great now and then when a birthday across the country sneaks up on me⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I never thought that "Checking the mail" would be on my list of enjoyable activities.We've had a Mail Box here for a couple of years now. There are 3 of us that drop by to pick up the various packages that get delivered to us. We all have such great stories of the staff. Here are some examples:--Always helpful. I personally am a "take care of myself kinda gal". I never ask for help with doors, or lifting boxes. I don't need to ask here! They automatically help carry the boxes to my vehicle, or they quickly come from behind the counter to open the door if my arms are full.--Always smiling. Literally always smiling. I don't know how they do it day in, and day out.--They have hundreds of boxes, but always know who we are. When we walk in, they have already grabbed our boxes without us saying a word. It's not like they know us from outside of the store. The only relationship we have is "Pick Up Mail" and "Drop Off Mail".--For $5, they will package up the super bizarre shaped thing that I'm trying to send to Timbuktu. Best money I ever spend! If I had to fumble around my house trying to find a suitable box, and suitable packaging, and then write out the label ... that would be at least 30 minutes of my time (if not more). For $5, this team gets it done in a few moments. No Stress! Amazing!--It's always clean. That's nice.--They send me a reminder when they get a package for me. It's like someone saying "I have a gift for you! Come and get it!". I love those emails.This review is part of my COVID-19 "Send good thoughts to good people" campaign. Each day, I think of another company that has brought me joy, or gone above and beyond, and I send good thoughts.I highly recommend it.It's a lovely way to do something nice for the businesses that are hurting right now. Who doesn't love getting complimented, or being recognized for their efforts?

Shipped a return package through this store back to microsoft, somewhere between here and the microsoft store someone opened the package and stole the item worth $2500. both ups and microsoft refuse to accept responsibility. be wary of dealing with this store as they clearly are not responsible.
