It happened I broke my bike chain on my way up to Grassi Lakes and Ha Ling and the closest shop was Trail Sports. I didn't bring any tools to repair it by myself. So I decided to try my luck in Trail Sports. The service provided was truly above and beyond.

They adjusted my gears on the spot and got me back to the trails on a busy weekend, and my bike has been running wonderfully ever since. Awesome shop to have close at hand in the Canmore area with knowledgeable and friendly staff.

My wife and I loved our experience at Trail Sports! The staff was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. It was so convenient being able to hit the trails right away and not having to drive the bikes anywhere to get some riding in. Thanks so much for a great experience!

My partner and I came to Trail Sports to do our first professional mountain bike coaching session with Brad, and we had an exceptional time. He provided useful, actionable feedback which we were able to immediately apply - all of which made notable differences to both our riding ability and confidence. We would highly suggest taking MTB lessons if you haven't before, and our experience with Brad in particular was top notch.

Great service renting a bike! I was not familiar with the trails and the staff was super helpful in picking routes. One of the staff members even rode with me for a short distance to help me find the start of my trail!

Great place, staff knowledgeable and honest. Just got an ex rental fatbike, came with studded tires and spare unstudded tires. Only way I could afford a fat bike! Thank you Trailsports!!! So happy!!

Fantastic experience renting x-country skies from Trail Sports. I booked online so when I arrived everything was ready for me and I could get out on the trails in less than 5 mins. The gear was clean and well maintained. Really appreciated the friendly, efficient service. Though the snow was a bit dicey the no-wax classic skies did well. Would 100% rent from here again. Thank you!

Very highly recommended this store. I purchased a jacket from them that had an warranty issue months later, they had the manufacturer provide me a new one shipped to my home. The staff were also very helpful and responsive to my questions about this issue.

VERY Helpful staff. We rented bear spray for three days however ended up using it for two and they refunded the unused day! They instructed us how to use it and gave us safety hiking tips. Thank you.
