“We were on a 2 week National Parks hiking trip when our brakes went out pulling into Glacier NP. Roughly half way through our trip and 1500 miles from home. We called Rick’s & Shala, the receptionist / office manager, after hearing our story, found a way to get us in that day and 2 hours after our arrival we had new front brake pads & rotors at a very fair price and were on our way. They even left instructions to check the lug nut torque when we returned home. It might sound cliche, but these people care about their business and their clients. So refreshing in this day & age. They are the best! In addition, Shala told us about a Canadian National Park near by, Waterton Lakes, so we stopped by and it was awesome. Thank you Rick’s! Roger& Linsey”

“Note of thanks to John, Morgan, and Reception for beyond-exceptional service on my Pontiac Torrent (Aug 28th). They went out of their way to diagnose the engine light problem; locate parts, and had the repair done very quickly. Very much appreciated.”

“Awesome job!! Excellent value for money for my import. Mike and the rest of the staff are amazing when doing a look-over and drive test a vehicle for knowing what needs to be fixed immediately, what is a safety concern, and pings and dings and klunks that can wait for a bit down the road to be fixed. I trust him with my vehicle! The office manager is cheerful and very organized. Rigdon is a great apprentice that joined the shop and is a hard worker. Never had any issues when any work that was done - ever!”
