I gave them a 5star before but have changed it to 1star but they don't even deserve it if it wasn't open 24 hours I would not support this business very rude people these franchises should have more restrictions to who operates under the franchise I would not suggest going here if you don't have to ????

Well, this was a great way to start the day!!
What is the problem with the overnight guy working at Fasgas!! I haven't seen such bad customer service since leaving Surrey BC! The guy working the overnight shift should not be working in customer service at all.
Went in to get gas for the equipment since it's snowing. Go inside the store to pay for gas and claim my winnings from a couple of scratch tickets.
The regular guy thats always there just came in to witness this craziness.
He ran my tickets and told me I only had $10 coming to me. I said , I just watched you run both cards and the other was is a $20 winner so I have $30 in winnings. So I asked him to see the tickets and I was sure the validation slip had to be there. So I said please check it again because I watch it come up on the screen, but nice try!
He started yelling at me to get out of the store and telling to F off and the other guy wasn't sure what to do.
I asked him if this is normal for them to hire people like that? No customer service ability at all. We will never darken those doors again.
This is a personal experience only!! Never again will I be talked to like that from someone who clearly has issues working in public.

Slow/poor service (although, generally friendly). The pumps are almost always out of receipts so you have to go in even while paying at the pump. It is open 24/7, though and that’s worth 3 stars

Went to get a snack after a long night dealing with an emergency ...230 in the morning lights were all on ...doors were locked and there appeared to be no one inside. If you are going to claim to be 24 hour service ...be there ...or leave a note.

Has been great in the past, sadly doesn't do anything with panhandlers outside. Good chance you will be harassed by the bums outside filling up your vehicle. I ll take my business elsewhere.
