Today I did my first true workout in a year and a half. I was nervous, so I did the drop-in class instead of committing right away. I can't tell you how good it felt to be encouraged by everyone, for everyone to be so nice and helpful. It really makes you want to come back. It's the community I've been hoping for!

I have been going for almost a year now, LOVE IT! Fantastic group of people, love the coaches, and I feel like I'm slowly improving. I do the 5am class most of the time, and I love getting it done and over with for the day and feeling accomplished. Very happy I joined!!

CrossFit Carstairs is such an amazing group to be a part of. Everyone is so welcoming and encouraging to each other. Luke and Michelle have built not only a gym but a community and I’m grateful to be a part of it.
