Literally one teller working. Gotta love how all the fees have gone up but the customer service is getting worse and worse. Thursday afternoon and there is currently 7 people waiting in line with one Atb employee in sight.

Horrible customer service by Branch Manager(Tru Pandya) blocked our bank account due to a deposit of a government cheque. Now we have to jump through a bunch of hoops to just get our account open. This branch and the manager is an absolute joke. Avoid this branch at all costs, they have nothing but excuses when ever you ask for help and don’t care about helping the customer at all.

Regarding: Tru Pandya, Advisor
This guy is awesome! It was a pleasure doing business with Tru. He is very knowledgeable has excellent interpersonal skills and truly cares about his customers. I would recommend him to anyone seeking help or any services or customer care at ATB in Chestermere. The sad part is we are leaving Chestermere and relocating so we won't be able to access Tru in person.

When first started dealing with this branch it was perfect tho in the past few months service has deteriorated. New staff each time I go in atm doesn’t work especially on weekends. Long waits to speak to anyone. I have had to open account with another bank to ensure cash on weekends. Staff are friendly and helpful but can only do so much.

While I haven't been to this branch, Renee from this branch has worked out of my branch on Saturdays. Through some challenging banking issues and troubles getting it right through customer care, Renee's determination to ensure things are fixed properly is truly respected and my appreciation can't be understated. The spectacular, detailed, and caring service she has provided has regularly calmed my frustrations and reaffirms my continued use of ATB's services.

Great people and services. I have used ATB for years, and the friendliness, flexibility and customer service is the best I've experienced ALL TIME.I use 3 banks ... Scotia & RBC, and ATB is hands down the best. 15 year customer. Rene just saved me $80 in fees suggesting an EFT, instead of a Wire.

Wasted over 30 mins here trying to process a transaction, and then after telling me it was don, it was never processed. Still needed to call to actually process via the call center. Completely useless.

I travel a lot and was in town for a very short time. There was an issue with getting a new card tied to my account. Madhu Pathak was the consultant who helped me out. We thought it may take a few days, but she had it up and functioning the very next morning. Actually, I think I got the email later that day .. Regardless, she was really fast, efficient, professional and incredibly friendly. Going to the bank is typically not something you look forward to, but dealing with reps at ATB has always been extremely pleasant. Thanks for all you do to make our lives easier!

Always a long wait to get service. Either in person or on the phone. It's not uncommon to wait 30min even when there's nobody else in line.

Have been trying to open a business account with this branch since October. They lost the paperwork, have needed multiple branch visits, and it’s still not functioning correctly. Their staff are always either training or on vacation. Take your business elsewhere.

This branch as per my experience is just out to look after themselves. Poor customer service. If you want to loose money then this is the place to go.

I have had great service there - however running the gauntlet on the phone, several questions - 4 mins to get through to be placed on hold is not ideal. Yes, you have an option to be called back....understood, but being told you will have to wait 30+ minutes is not what i wanted to hear. So they will call back when you are working - or on a call - or in the middle of a conversation, or when your hands are the greasiest....guess i will drive there and be served.....PS - earlier posts suggest to call the phone number that i am hold on right now....to speak with the Bank manager.....hmmmm....
