These guys where supposed to get me in to see a specialist than just never did it's been 2 years ow and have not heard back they called the number they gave me and the specialist said a appointment or referral in my name was never made than they have the audacity to call me say they did make it I Try again and same issue they will take your money and not help you I've been to a whole new optometry and have the issue fixed in the time it took them to do this.
EDIT to the response no I was told they would infact call me and a attempt would be made on your guys end as well to make sure contact was made I informed the receptionist when they did a check call back I had no received a call and when I called the surgeons office I was told no referall was ever made so I went else where and got seen within a week

Was fitted for some new glasses and contacts at this located. Communication was great and the staff are very helpful and friendly.

I called the office as I had something in my eye. I was able to get in to see a doctor within 2 hours. Dr. Wood managed to locate and extract the object from my eye. Everyone in the office from start to finish had been very professional and caring. Great team of doctors and front end staff.

The staff are professionals . Lisa is an absolute sweetheart. The owner (the person in charge) is dishonest and very negative person . He is money driven and has absolutely no people skills or business mind. I do not recommend this place for business!

Had my eyes examined way back in 2019. After I got my prescription and purchased new eyeglasses, I wondered for a long time why they did not seem as effective as my old eyeglasses. Finally I dug out some older prescriptions, and realized that the Chestermere Optometry prescription indicated that my vision had improved! That’s definitely not so! How that could occur is negligence, because they have an instrument to check the strength of one's existing eyeglass prescription before the exam. I wasted considerable expense on new eyeglasses which are not correct, and a bit too weak for me.Also, I did not purchase my new eyeglasses at their clinic. There was way too much pressure to pay for their overpriced eyeglasses (~$800 ??)I also advise all of my Chestermere friends and neighbours not to go to Chestermere Optometry, because they seem to be incompetent at the most basic level! The optometrist seemed very young and apparently inexperienced. Should have been supervised closely.

Staff were very friendly, accommodating, and informative throughout my eye appointment! Carolyn assisted with my check-in and prior eye exam, while specified what each process was for. She also put new nose pads on my glasses! Dr. Grace did my eye exam and answered all my vision related questions from eye health to contacts. Then Lisa assisted with my billing and gave me input on glasses pricing and styles.Excellent experience and timely service!

I called from another Optometrist's office today looking for help with a mutual patient. Paul was fantastic. He took care of my need and he went so far as to offer to drop off that which I needed at one of my sister clinics. I love when we work collaboratively, taking care of each other. Amazing service here at Chestermere optometry! I was helped by Lisa and Carolyn with a contact trial and they were super helpful and friendly. Not to mention how patient they were while I was poking my eyeball. Great vibes, highly recommended!

Such a wonderful experience! I stopped by yesterday and spoke to the receptionist and she was so friendly and helpful, pointing me in the right direction to meet my needs. I was booked for an appointment the next day and the whole experience was amazing! I unfortunately forget the names of all the people that helped me today but everyone was knowledgeable, friendly and helpful! I would definitely recommend Chestermere Optometry to anyone I know. I also appreciated the honesty of the staff. No up-selling, just genuine, kind, wonderful people that had me leaving very happy and confident I chose them for my optometry needs.

My visit was a breeze, they were knowledgeable and friendly :) Dr. Wood talked to me about my eyes and answered all my questions, the staff was great, I was asking their option about glasses on my face, and they put my new prescription in my old pair until I decide on a new pair of glasses! Highly recommend ?
