“I have been going to Pharmacy Plus off and on for 15+ years. I moved away for a bit, but came right back to this pharmacy when I came home.
To say they are kind is an understatement. You are always greeted with a smile, sometimes a bit smaller than others, usually when they are slammed. But even then, never once have they been rude to me, when sometimes I have been rude in the past, they have always been kind.
Not only do the Pharmacists actually care for their customers, but their front end staff are wonderful as well. I trust them wholeheartedly!
While I was reading the reviews, and noticed that there was one review that was horrible, but sadly this person left it on the wrong business. Pharmacy Plus has never, and never will be connected to the Dr’s office next door, they are not affiliated in anyway, and never have been.
So any review talking about long wait times, is NOT for Pharmacy Plus, there is not a link between them, unless you count that they both are running businesses in the medical sphere! Therefore tanking someone’s rating unfairly by linking them to a business they aren’t, can be detrimental to said business the bad rating was left on.
Also I’ve never waited more than 30 minutes for a prescription in the years I’ve come to them, honestly it’s much faster. I urge everyone to give them a go, they are worth it for sure, and actually care about your health.”

My family and I have felt cared for by Oday and his remarkable staff. They take the time to go over medications thoroughly and don't make you feel rushed or unimportant if you have any questions. “I highly recommend this pharmacy. As a regular, they're always on top of what prescriptions I need, know who I am when I walk in. They are very helpful in assisting you when you can't get in to see your doctor or dentist. An example is, I had an abscessed tooth and my dentist was away, the pharmacist prescribed me antibiotics and anti inflamitories. Well, then I got thrush, so the pharmasist helped me with that too. This was all over the phone, which wareally appreciated. The only reason they aren't getting 5* is because, as others have mentioned, there's a lack of attention when it comes to call back or follow up. Some of us need to get people to drive us, or walk, so it's not just jumping quickly into a cat when we, the customer has to follow up. This can be very inconvenient and frustrating.”
“Super chill vibe, humble and simple storefront, but I needed a PCR test that provided same-day results. Calgary Drug Mart answered all my questions promptly via email, so I walked in today to get the test. It was quick, cost less than almost everywhere else doing same-day tests, they’re open on Sundays, and I got my results via email by 6pm same day. They even called me to make sure I got my results.”
