Their dispensing fees are fair. They have better hours than most places, and I've never had to wait longer than 15 minutes to get a prescription or a vaccination.
Go in with gentleness and they will reciprocate.”

“I highly recommend this pharmacy. As a regular, they're always on top of what prescriptions I need, know who I am when I walk in. They are very helpful in assisting you when you can't get in to see your doctor or dentist. An example is, I had an abscessed tooth and my dentist was away, the pharmacist prescribed me antibiotics and anti inflamitories. Well, then I got thrush, so the pharmasist helped me with that too. This was all over the phone, which wareally appreciated. The only reason they aren't getting 5* is because, as others have mentioned, there's a lack of attention when it comes to call back or follow up. Some of us need to get people to drive us, or walk, so it's not just jumping quickly into a cat when we, the customer has to follow up. This can be very inconvenient and frustrating.”

“Super chill vibe, humble and simple storefront, but I needed a PCR test that provided same-day results. Calgary Drug Mart answered all my questions promptly via email, so I walked in today to get the test. It was quick, cost less than almost everywhere else doing same-day tests, they’re open on Sundays, and I got my results via email by 6pm same day. They even called me to make sure I got my results.”

“Nate is an absolute gem. He truly went above and beyond. We had purchased a helium balloon for my daughter’s surprise birthday, but unfortunately it exploded as soon as we got into the car. To make matters worse, it was already past closing time. Luckily, we waited outside and Nate happened to come out just as he was finishing up for the night. Even though the store was closed and he was off the clock, he kindly helped us with a replacement balloon. That level of service and kindness is rare. Hats off to you, Nate.
