There were 2 girls one on drive thru and one inside. She confirmed my order 3 times and charge me for my order but instead of giving cappuccino she gave me black coffee. I went back inside and ask them to change and then they give me double double. They probably don’t understood the menu well. It’s not first time happen, it’s 3rd time in this month. I will never go there again.

Extremely rude and slow drive through staff. Missing items. This Chestermere location is the worst, zero rating is too high, it's in the negatives! I would rather drive a bit for better service and pleasant staff experience.Vegetarian options: Have more variety

I never leave reviews but this location is outrageous. They charge you for every little thing! I’ve been to other locations that don’t charge for what I usually ask and this location claims it’s a “policy change” even for just replacing the sauce on a wrap? And when you pull up to the window they serve you attitude for not taking your order correctly.. food was not even fresh, hash browns were so old that it’s not pleasurable at all to chew. 1 star is a reach, i would give 0 stars if i could. Don’t recommend this location at all, do yourself a favour and go to a different location.

I have been to this location before and everything is made to order. Pleasant staff, clean bathrooms and plenty of plug ins for customers.

Rude staff ordered potato veggies but employe at the front seems rude and wasn’t friendly while taking order she said we don’t have potato veggies but later after 2-3 mins when we asked another employee she took the order very friendly and served us potato

It is a local restaurant and the service is good. I forgot some items from my order and the staff came outside in the cold to bring it to me. The food is not burnt and complete. The only thing I wish they listen to my order without rushing as sometimes it can take time to decide. The cilantro wrap has significantly shrinked in size, I don't know due to inflation or just a Tim Hortons decision overall.

Service is not really the best. Very slow!Update: i wish I could give negative reviews. There was an Indian girl working there who refused to accept that the hash brown in my wrap was dry and hard to the point i couldn't eat it. I politely asked her to make it again and she completely refused saying it's not possible. Then another employee asked me what was wrong with my order. I told her and she happily made the order again. But the other girl gave her the wrong order and they added meat in my wrap. I couldn't eat it because I don't eat meat and I politely asked them to make it again. They all started making faces and looked at me angrily as if I had done something wrong. This is the worst customer service I have ever received.
