How is this place still in business? I know the owner but I won't say their name here ... but what a disgrace of a car wash! Their bays are dirty, always rushed with a car behind you, poorly staffed and last week, I tried the Auto Wash, it took my $ and the machine only sprayed water on my car (no soap!) and the Dryer turns off after 15 seconds. I get that this owner only cares about taking people's money, but it's shocking how many people actually go to this place and spend their time in line and hard earned money - come on owner, at least show some respect for your customers!!

Every time I go here, there is never any staff around. One morning, I went and pain for the drive-through carwash, and it took my money, and the door wouldn't open for me. I gave up after calling periodically for 2 weeks and leaving a voice mail with no responce.Today, I went in the Self Wash station, and again, as per usual, im charged for wax, but no wax comes out. Again cannot be addressed cause staff is absent.

Coin Vending machine is inside which helps. Very clean place compared to other car wash. I wish there were more bays as it gets crowned quite a few times.

Had a horrible experience yesterday. I come to this car wash once or twice a month to wash my work vehicles, despite the vacuums inside never working and it being impossible to track a staff member down (as many reviews have noted), even after going into the office to ring the bell.As I was driving out the spray gun chord caught on the running board of my vehicle and the attendant came running out, as I was pulling out of the bay. He then proceeded to reprimand me for not putting the sprayer back in its holster and said he’d have to call his manager. I explained that it must’ve been a fluke, as I put the spray wand back in the holder. His response was “That’s not possible.” I asked if it still worked and if there was any damage and he said he would check. He checked and saw it was functional with no visible damage, but explained that I still needed to hang around while he called his boss. I took a video of the operational sprayer, in the event that they tried to blame me for any future issues.I stood inside the office while the owner was called and when the staff got off the phone he said that I needed to be more careful in future. I explained that I wouldn’t be back in future, after being accused of something I didn’t do and being held up from returning to work.

50 minutes after their started open time and the bays still aren't open. Open signs on the bay side and exit side are lit up but the pylons are still in front of the bays.

No separate bays, water mist is all over the place. Time intervals are set very short, makes washing the vehicle very expensive. Wash setting panels sometimes don't work or stations are out off order. Wanted to clean vehicle today and went through with still a dirty car. Last time I stopped at that place. Waste of time and money this place.
