I had such a positive experience with deck it. The team was helpful,quick and genuinely kind the 2 front deck ladies Kelsey and Nicole have been great.The whole process has been smooth and stress free and the team handled everything with care really good people here highly recommend

I had a vehicle recovered and was waiting on the rcmp to let me know when to pick it up. The lovely people at deck it waited until the bill was over $1000 to contact me to pick up the vehicle. Even though the rcmp gave them my contact info they still made it extremely difficult for me to prove I owned the vehicle. Old registration and current insurance was not enough they needed my current registration that was locked in the vehicle. Made no effort to contact to rcmp officer that dropped it off. The android running the phone had no sympathy for letting the vehicle sit there for so long without contacting me. Excellent job taking advantage of people. Way to look out for the community. I'd say don't use them but they obviously make enough money gouging people, and making bad days so much worse than they have to be. Appalling. Use Flynns towing
Editing to say I emailed back with no response and will be making a report. Absolutely unacceptable business practice.

Fast friendly service. Truck broke about 30 mins outside of town, they were there within 40 mins. Couldn’t ask for any better. There number is now saved for next time. Highly recommend!!! Thank you Deck-it.

Scam artists, they sent a picker truck for my harley davidson, very well knowing it needed a flat bed. Their mistake/planned scam.. I got charged over 500.00 for the 2 trucks !!! I want my money back !!! Discusting buisness scam!!!
