⚠️ To other Indigenous community members, please be aware that this is not a safe store.Terrible service incident today on Christmas Eve. My Mother-in-law popped in today on her way to pick us up from Calgary airport. She stood by the till with a whole cart of items for 10 minutes while she politely waited for the Scrooge Manager to finish telling an old male customer a story.I can’t believe it, but another lady came up to be served and the Scrooge Manager said she would take her down to be served at the till.The customer pointed to my Mother-in-Law and said “but she is ahead of me” but the Manager replied and said “no, I will serve you first”.My Mother-in-Law left her full cart of items and we will not be returning.Merry Christmas and thank you for reading.
