Called for a tire change and on arrival was told that new tires are treated as back of the line and we take care of our customers first. When I asked how come no one mentioned that to me when I called , the guy was like well you didn't talk to me that's why. local in this town for years and this is the class of service behind this tirecraft shitcraft service.

The service here was outstanding.
I blew a flat due to some nails on the road, and was in a hurry to see my family. The folks at Tirecraft were concerned and kind when I called, making sure I would be able to safely make it there.
They then went above and beyond to help me, making sure that not only was my tire repaired but that my other tires were in good condition and my drive would be safe.
The service was prompt, informative, and they were very patient with all my questions.
I'm very grateful for the help and service I received here!

Just Wanted two give a big thanks two the guys here I pulled in last min and they fixed my trailer up in less then a hr with 4 new tires right at lunch time if u are in a pinch these are the guys two go two in town

Best customer service experience, retorq my truck and trailer tires couple time, in and out 10 to 15 minuts and they didn't charge for retorq. Nice place to get tire service
