This was my first experience handling all the arrangements for my father-in-law, and since I had never been in this situation before, I felt uncertain about what steps to take. I reached out to Chad at the Zentner Funeral Homes. Chad was incredible; he took the time to meet with me and help me prepare the necessary documentation and the obituary. His support made me feel at ease and assured me that I wasn't alone during this challenging time. His genuine care and comforting hugs truly made a significant impact. Thank you, Chad, for helping to ease the burden during this difficult period.

At the lowest point in my life, losing our mother, Chad Zentner owner/ operator of Zentner Funeral Homes made this whole process bearable.
The process was easy, Chad is knowledgeable, compassionate and patient. After this was all said and done I received even more support via a card with bereavement stages and the offer of help/ support if we need it. Thank you Chad you are so wonderful. After an unexpected death in the family, we had our loved one sent here and Chad was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. He went above and beyond to make sure we understood the next steps and listened through all the grief to ensure we had exactly what we wanted. With the loss of my husband my brain was not functioning well and Chad Zentner took care of my husband with respect, compassion, and gentleness. He also treated me with kindness and compassion and gently guided me through everything that needed to be done. I am very thankful for his assistance during such a difficult period in my life. We can’t say enough about the outstanding and personal service we received from Zentners. Their suggestions and ideas were above and beyond what we expected, to help celebrate our loved one. Even when we suggested some unconventional things (such as a family group toast), they found a way to make it happen safely. My partners mother passed and the service was held here. As most that go through grieving and putting our beloved to rest. There is no time to worry about any of the procedure at the funeral home. Chad and Annalise's respectful and compassion was beyond anything we thought possible. Chad also appreciated that we were a bit less traditional and one thing that was amazing is when he asked if we wanted to leave a note for Patricia on her casket by writing on the casket with permanent marker. We thought that was beautiful ❤️. Well done Chad and your team was Flawless!

We held two celebrations of life one in province and out of province for my father after he passed. Chad was quick to put together a few items for us signing books, photos and cards. Things that I would have overlooked he picked up and made sure everything was ready for me to take with me. He is kind, caring and when you speak with Chad you know he is invested in the conversation 100% taking in all the information.
