Small town service for small town people. Excellent service from friendly people. Herman's was chosen for us by our insurance provider. We had a flood in our basement. Herman's crew replaced the flooring. Insurance would not cover all of the rooms in our finished basement for new carpet. The old carpet was from the '70s, orange and red hideously colored Herman's made it right with a reasonable price to finish the whole basement. I recommend Herman's for any flooring you may need around Lethbridge.

I have used this company twice now once to install the new backsplash in my kitchen And then again to lay flooring in my bathroom and hallway. They were fast and efficient and professional...which doesn't happen very often anymore. If you don't pay them top dollar, consider giving them raises as they truly deserve and earn it.And last but not least, the carpet is gorgeous. I just had to share how very happy we are with the job done by Herman's Carpets. The crew stayed late and finished the install for our pharmacy so they wouldn't disrupt business. Always pleasant to deal with, and you get more of a personal touch than dealing with really big flooring stores. Our relationship with Hermans, and in particular Brian, goes back a long way, and they're always the place we go to!
