Lady at the front was extremely nice and friendly. I love coming in to say hi to her! Shes always been so nice to my kids and we buy stuff before using the bathrooms so we never have issues (we know thats the rule!) :) some people just hate being told “no” and take it out on people who just are doing a job!

cashier walked in on me while i was in the washroom and told me to hurry up while i was only in there for 5 minutes
terrible customer service and should be fired on the spot

Son went in to use bathroom and was going to buy something after and he told the lady working there that and because he apparently took too long in the bathroom she opened the door on him while he was still using the facilities
This is an absolute disgustingly run operation
And if I could give it a worse rating I would

Lady inside too rude i am going to use washroom but she said not for you i never experienced this type of fuel station where we don’t use washroom .she need to learn how to speak .

Wife was not well and needed a washroom quick. Rude lady behind counter wouldn't let her use the washroom until AFTER buying something. Never getting fuel here again

Very rude lady upfront did not let my child use the bathroom simply because we didn’t feel up!!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME!!! The pumps have not worked right for a LONG TIME!! Last time I got gas tried three pumps, 10 minutes of my time, before one worked. Today I tried one and gave up. Drove 15 minutes west to another Shell and NOT A PROBLEM!!!A few months ago I asked for help and the lady was so rude telling me "You must not know how to use a gas pump" I would never ask for help or go inside again. The next time I got gas she was telling another customer the same thing as she stormed out to a pump to "help" him.Go to Esso or drive to Lethbridge!!!!

Terrible car wash. Soap brush doesn’t work. I wasn’t told until after I tried washing my car. I went inside and they still had the audacity to charge me $17 for a 5 minute rinse. I’m never coming back and WILL tell everyone to not go there and support a scam like this!
