“Really Great Pharmacy!!! We had been dealing with Save On Foods Pharmacy on the Westside for the last 5 years. And When one of their Pharmacists (Mihir) left to go work at the Medicine Shop, (he was the only reason we stayed that long at Save On. The other Pharmacist and techs were constantly making mistakes, and not just with just our medications, but many others too) So when Mihir left to go work at the Medicine Shop, my husband transferred his medications there and I am in the process of also getting everything from the Medicine Shop. We live on the Westside so Save On Foods is literally 2 minutes from home, much more convenient, but if it hadn't have been for Mihir, my husband would've ended up in a wheelchair or severely crippled because his family Dr Khalid is absolutely useless!!!! I could keep going, but I think you got the picture lol And from the 1st time we went to the Medicine Shop, everyone there is really nice, helpful, and they all go above and beyond. They are also a Prescribing Pharmacy (less wait time than at the clinic, which is always a bonus :) so you also get very personalized treatment! I could truly go on and on, but instead, why not see/experience 'The Medicine Shop' for yourself. I know you will not be disappointed!!!!!”

“Cute little pharmacy. Staff are so friendly. I was having trouble with my other well-known busy pharmacy on the Northside that starts with an s. I could not rely on them even though I've been getting my meds since they open pretty much. For some reason, some of their staff are not as helpful anymore. This place has not been a problem and the staff are very welcoming since I've started going here.”

“I have used this pharmacy for the last couple of years after getting tired of the big ones that take forever to do anything. My meds are always ready super quickly, when I call I get to speak to a real person and there is rarely a wait to pick up meds. I even used their delivery service a few times when I was too sick to come in, never any issues and same day free delivery. I would continue using them but sadly I moved away.”

“Due to a hectic travel schedule, we had to have a vaccine consult in Edmonton (not at a shoppers drug mart), which included a first round of shots. I called this pharmacy to schedule our boosters as we are coming through Lethbridge. The pharmacist I spoke to took such great care to look closely at our records, and realized that the initial consult in Edmonton was incorrect, and we didn't actually need any more boosters. The pharmacist at Shoppers was so patient and informative, and we greatly appreciate the extra time and effort that was put in to help us make the right decisions for our trip.”

“We just moved to Coalhurst not too long ago. We needed our prescriptions refilled. As we are from another province we didn't know how we would proceed with this. The Pharmacist and his assistance were very helpful to guide us thru this procedure. Also we got our flu shots and it was quick and simple. Having a Pharmacy that close by and building a relationship makes everything a lot more easier too.”
