Ella was very helpful and informative. I appreciate all of her help and explaining things to me. I had originally went to Bonnyville, but found out I was paying them extra fees when I didn’t have to. Thankfully I went to Cold Lake, where Ella made sure I was set up properly.

Staff in coldlake branch and very unpleasant to deal with talk down to you when you don’t understand. Heaven forbid u ask a question you don’t understand. The compass a whole is great but the staff are rude and unprofessional in coldlake store
