“Just did a little shopping this morning and I’m blown away with what the new management has done in this store.
The difference is astronomical! The store is clean! Smells clean, no clutter on the floors, the shelves are finally stocked properly and items aren’t falling off.
You can notice a difference in the staff as well, as with previous management experience and now as a business owner myself when your staff as a confident leader and someone who works just as hard as they do they are much happier.
