I absolutely adore this locally owned pet shop. I go here for all my animal needs (many varieties) and they always have what I need.
The staff are all extremely welcoming, they seem very motivated to help anyone who walks through the front door. The owner has gone above and beyond to meet my animals diverse needs time and time again.
They offer great discounts, rewards programs, and just overall care for you and your pets!

Customer service is terrible. Their fish department is very disheartening. An employee telling a customer bettas only live 3 months and is fine in the bowl they come in from the store because they don't live long. Sell sick fish ect. Their reptile section is lack luster of options and mostly always empty or next to it. As an animal lover I was very disappointed several times over before I completely stopped going to the store for good. Unfortunately in our area we don't have many options and the store uses this as an excuse to have low quality experience for locals in the area. Would not recommend, unfortunately.

Anastasia and her staff make this store the best retail outlet in all of Cold Lake. We have never had less than stellar service, very knowledgable, helpful, and kind. Great selection of goods.

Lots of pet supplies, from guinea pigs, rabbits and reptiles, to your classic cats and dogs. Genuine surprised with the variety of all the supplies they carry. Employees were also extremely nice and took take of us while shopping.

My tiny Dachshund cross is approaching fifteen years of age and apart from my leftovers has exclusively eaten Acana brand kibble which Petland always has in stock. She has a shiny coat and has never had health issues, so I suppose this is in part a testament to the Acana brand food. With Petland's system, every thirteenth bag I purchase grants me a freebee.Petland also offers a customized tag engraving system, and sources handsome handmade leather collars from local craft.If I'm not in a hurry, I like to check-out the more exotic creatures, mainly the birds and reptiles, and chat with the friendly staff.The location is also convenient if you're shopping for clothing or stationary/electronics as it's flanked by a Mark's Work Warehouse and a Staples.

This place is awesome for all your pet needs. The staff are very polite professional and knowledgeable. The quality Of the pets are great. I get all my pet supplies from them. The owner is a very very nice lady, who works extremely hard to bring quality pets, supplies and essentials for pets.
